What is a design day?
With a design day I work ONLY with you. You provide me with your prioritised task list which we review ahead of time and I work closely in communication with you throughout the day to accomplish your website goals.
You will have 7 hours of my UNDIVIDED attention. During this time I will only be communicating with you and working on your website. You will be able to watch the transformation to your Squarespace website right before your own eyes!

How you could use your day?
Begin a branding refresh – update colours, fonts, logo and imagery across your website.
Website polish – refine, clean up and style sections and pages on your site to add a professional touch and make it easy for your website visitors to find what they are looking for.
Begin the upgrade of your website to version 7.1 – migrate your content from the old Squarespace 7.0 version and move to a new 7.1 site.
New page creation – create a new page or rearrange an existing page.
Sales page creation – create a short or medium sized sales page for a new service or product and integrate with your payment and / or scheduling system.
Opt-in setup – create an opt-in page and integrate it with your mailing system.

Our design day process
From planning to launch, here’s a bird’s eye view of our design day process.

Book a date
Choose a date for your website transformation where you are virtually available to provide feedback and be in close communication with me.

Prep for your day
Once you have completed the booking you will receive an email from me with instructions on what you need to prepare for our Design Day.

Strategy Meeting
We will have the strategy call a week or two before our Design Day to review your prioritised list of website changes. We will be able to work through any questions.

Design Day
Design will work quickly and efficiently to implement your wish list of changes. We will be communicating regularly throughout the day so that I can get your immediate feedback.

The Day After
I will record any instructions or training videos as required for the changes I have made to your site and do some mobile testing on your site.

Support
Your Design Day transformation includes 30 days of post-intensive support relating to the work we accomplished where you can ask me any questions

You need to be virtually available throughout the day. Providing quick feedback will be the key to making the day a success. Our quick communication will prevent any unnecessary delays or wasted time.

Since I have a very limited number of spots for Design Days, there will not be any refunds given. If you absolutely can't make our Design Day timeframe then contact me to see about rebooking your slot within 90 days of the original date.

During our consult call and strategy call I will be able to give you a very good idea of what I will be able to accomplish on your site.
Although I work quickly and efficiently it is important to note that you are not purchasing an end result, but a block of my time.
You have the option to book as many more full or half days that you want. If you prefer to follow the tutorial videos I provide and finish up yourself you can feel free to do that instead

Yes. I provide 30 days of post support to answer questions about the work done on our Design Day together as well as provide custom videos for you to be able to update the pages I have designed for you.

No worries! I have done Design Days for people around the world. We can discuss this on a consult call.

I do recommend moving to the new 7.1 platform and not investing any money on a 7.0 site as Squarespace will no longer be adding new features or improvements to 7.0. I can help you move your content over to the new platform and get you set up with a more modern, easier to use site.
I do not offer updates to a 7.0 site for this reason.
